Šiljeg Dental and Aesthetic Polyclinic is located in Savudrija, near Umag, and developed from the family dental practice established by Ivan Šiljeg in 1992. The clinical team includes Jelena Šiljeg Batagelj, MSc, a specialist in orthodontics, and Dr Jurica Šiljeg, a specialist in oral surgery. Clinical services are provided in three treatment rooms equipped with modern technology for diagnostics, dental procedures and facial aesthetic treatments.

The polyclinic’s areas of practice include orthodontics, oral surgery, conservative dentistry, implantology and prosthodontics. Dr Jurica Šiljeg’s professional interests are particularly focused on BTI implants and Endoret PRGF® technology. In 2017, the BTI Biotechnology Institute appointed him as its Key Opinion Leader for Croatia. Orthodontic treatment is provided using removable and fixed appliances, including Damon brackets. Facial aesthetic treatments using PRGF® technology, dermal fillers and botulinum toxin are also available.

Radiological diagnostics are provided at a separate location in the centre of Umag, where 2D and 3D imaging is performed, including panoramic and intraoral X-rays and imaging of the jaws, sinuses and temporomandibular joint. A lift provides access for people with disabilities, and parking spaces are available within the premises. Accommodation in nearby apartments can be arranged for patients staying in the Umag area during treatment.
