Jelušić Dental Clinic is located in Opatija and has been operating for more than 25 years. It was founded by Damir Jelušić, PhD, a specialist in periodontology with a professional focus on dental implantology. He completed his doctorate in bone regeneration in implantology and pursued further education in minimally invasive prosthodontics, periodontal aesthetic surgery and bone regeneration. The clinic’s organisational model brings specialist procedures, diagnostics, a dental laboratory and post-treatment care together at one location.
Implantology and complex implant-supported rehabilitation play an important role in the clinic’s work. Treatments include All-on-4®, fixed bridges supported by six implants, zygomatic implants and bone regeneration, with conscious sedation available for more demanding procedures. The clinic holds the status of a Nobel Biocare All-on-4® Centre of Excellence. Digital planning is carried out using 3D CBCT, computer-guided implant planning and iTero intraoral scanning, while the in-house laboratory uses CAD/CAM technology to produce prosthetic and orthodontic restorations and appliances.
Particular attention is given to instrument sterilisation and traceability. Each instrument is assigned a digital barcode, while information about its sterilisation and use is recorded in the patient’s medical file within a system compliant with the ISO 9001 standard. In addition to implantology, services include Smile Design, Invisalign, periodontology, endodontics, aesthetic and conservative dentistry, and preventive care.
