Identalia Dental Polyclinic is located in Zagreb and has focused on more complex dental procedures throughout its 20 years of operation. More than 30,000 dental implants have been placed at the clinic. The clinical team includes Leonardo Bergovac, a specialist in oral surgery, and Haris Šabić, a specialist in prosthodontics, alongside several dental practitioners. Diagnostic assessment is performed using 3D CBCT, while the digital workflow includes treatment planning, the acquisition and storage of impressions and bite registrations, and crown design.
Implantology and prosthetic rehabilitation are important areas of the clinic’s work. All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatments are available, with the original Nobel Biocare concept used for All-on-4. For patients with extensive bone loss, the Zero Bone Solution is provided using individually manufactured subperiosteal implants planned with CAD/CAM technology. Conscious sedation under the supervision of an anaesthetist is available for patients with a pronounced fear of dental procedures.
Identalia Dental Polyclinic has an in-house digital dental laboratory equipped with 3Shape intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM software and VHF milling machines. A dental technician can participate during appointments, including the selection of tooth shade and shape. Digital impressions are stored so that a restoration can be reproduced if required.
