Dental Studio Majer in Rijeka operates as a family-run private practice with more than four decades of experience in dentistry and nearly 20 years of its own practice. The studio was established by Mr. Sc. Dr. Javor Majer and is now led by Dr. Ivo Majer. It is located near the city centre, with free parking available nearby.
Dr. Ivo Majer, a member of the Croatian Dental Chamber, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka and regularly attends professional seminars and congresses for continuing education. His work emphasizes a minimally invasive approach and, where applicable, preservation of remaining tooth structure. He speaks English and Italian and has experience treating patients from several European countries.
The practice provides preventive and diagnostic services with digital RVG imaging and ultrasonic removal of dental deposits, alongside paediatric dentistry, restorative and endodontic procedures, and periodontal treatments. In prosthetics, it produces ceramic crowns and bridges, including metal-free options such as Cercon ceramics, and, when needed, removable constructions and dentures. In oral surgery and implantology, the practice uses the Germany-made Champions implant system, and more extensive dental treatments are planned in stages with temporary prosthetic restorations, namely temporary crowns, bridges, and dentures.
