Poliklinika Šlaj-Anić in Zagreb operates as a multidisciplinary centre that brings together dentistry and dermatology within one facility. It is located in the city, and its organisation relies on a larger, purpose-designed space with multiple treatment rooms and an operating theatre. Absolutely horrible. I would have to write a novel about how horrible, corrupt and plain evil these people are. No compassion for a patient, no explanation of the treatment plan, so when they make horrible, irreversible, life-damaging and traumatising thing - which could have been so easily avoided if anyone took 2 min to explain the treatment - they just gaslight you. It is suddenly you who did it yourself, it is you who received all the medical notes when they didn't even make ones, you are delusional and what not - despite you having all the evidence of their devastating, appalling, unimaginable treatment.
