Dr Fabris Dental Practice is located in Rijeka and draws on more than 40 years of professional experience accumulated by Dr Davor Fabris. His principal area of expertise is implantology, and he has placed more than 20,000 dental implants during his clinical career. He is a member of ICOI and ITI and has undertaken further professional training in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, while also participating in international implantology congresses and workshops.
Clinical services include implantology using S.G.S. Dental and BIOMET 3i systems, oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, periodontology, conservative dentistry and endodontics, paediatric dentistry, and treatments related to the temporomandibular joint. The practice also uses the PRF protocol and produces customised sports mouthguards and other dental protective appliances. Following implant placement, patients receive an implant passport recording the serial numbers and positions of the implants.
A specific area of the practice’s work is dental care for people with disabilities and developmental difficulties. Depending on the patient’s needs and medical condition, the practice works with anaesthetists, psychologists and cardiologists, with sedation and treatment under general anaesthesia available when other methods are not appropriate. The quality management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 for aesthetic dentistry, implantology, prosthodontics, oral surgery and the practice’s other services.
