Balać Kos Dental (BK Dental) in Zadar operates as a family-run dental practice with a tradition of more than 60 years, now involving a third generation of dentists. In its current organisational form, the practice has been active since 2021 as a continuation of Dr. Dubravka Kos’s private practice established in 1993, with an approach that tailors therapy to each individual case.
The professional team includes Dr. Dubravka Kos, DMD, a specialist in paediatric and preventive dentistry, and Dora Balać, Univ. Mag. Med. Dent., an oral surgery specialist with postgraduate training in dental implantology and specialist training at KB Dubrava.
Diagnostics and planning rely on RVG imaging, machine-assisted endodontics, 3Shape Trios 5 digital scanning, and computer-based planning of implant-prosthetic rehabilitation, while pathological samples are sent for histopathological analysis to the partner institution KB Dubrava. The practice provides oral surgery and implantology using Ankylos implants, including All-on-4 and All-on-6 concepts, bone augmentation and sinus lift procedures, together with implant-supported prosthetic solutions.
