Morelato Dental Polyclinic is located in a peaceful tourist area of Poreč, close to the sea. It has operated as a dental practice and dental laboratory for more than 30 years and, since 2012, as a polyclinic within modernly equipped premises. The facility includes three treatment rooms, a separate sterilisation room, digital radiological diagnostic equipment and an in-house dental laboratory.
The team is led by Dr Elio Morelato, who holds a university master’s degree in dental medicine. The polyclinic also includes Luka Morelato, PhD, a specialist in oral surgery, Ines Morelato, a specialist in orthodontics, Goran Milohanić, who holds a university master’s degree in dental medicine, and Dr Sandra Putina Tripar. Their clinical work is supported by dental assistants and dental technicians. Communication is available in Italian, English and German.
Clinical services include implantology, oral surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontology and paediatric dentistry. The polyclinic provides All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatments, sinus lift procedures, alveolar ridge augmentation and other oral surgery procedures. Digital panoramic imaging, CBCT and RVG equipment are used for diagnostics and treatment planning, while prosthetic restorations are produced, adjusted and repaired in the polyclinic’s in-house laboratory.

The bacterial layers are removed from the dental root under local anesthesia.

Reviews
We were on vacation in Porec and my son’s tooth started to pain. We saw a lot of excellent reviews in Google about this clinic. But that’s not true!!! We asked to pull out the tooth. Dentist administered anesthesia, then said that he doesn’t want to pull out the tooth, just make a hole in tooth and kicked us out. He didn’t put medicine in the tooth or make filling. My son barely made it to the end of his vacation. The child was on pain medication for 5 days. We returned to Bratislava and had the tooth pulled out. Our dentist said that the tooth had to be pulled out; it could not be saved. I don’t understand why the doctor in Porec mocked the child and sent us away. By the way, I charged 52 euros for anesthesia and drilling a hole!!! I do not recommend going to this clinic!!!
